  1. Establish and maintain strong relationships with high net worth clients.
  2. Understand and assess clients' financial needs and develop personalized solutions.
  3. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance and advice on wealth management.
  4. Conduct regular reviews of client portfolios and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and market changes to provide clients with the most relevant and accurate information.
  7. Proactively identify new business opportunities and work towards achieving sales targets.
  8. Handle client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Represent Northern Trust in client meetings and events, showcasing our brand and values.
  10. Maintain accurate client records and update relevant systems with any changes or updates.
  11. Continuously monitor and assess client satisfaction to ensure high levels of retention and loyalty.
  12. Mentor and train junior relationship advisors, sharing knowledge and best practices.
  13. Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop client communication materials and strategies.
  14. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Wealth Management: A Sr Relationship Advisor At Northern Trust Should Have A Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Wealth Management, With A Proven Track Record Of Managing High Net Worth Clients And Their Complex Financial Needs.
