  1. Manage the administration of complex estates and trusts for high net worth clients.
  2. Review and analyze legal documents related to trusts and estates.
  3. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to trust and estate administration.
  4. Communicate with clients, attorneys, and other professionals involved in the estate planning process.
  5. Conduct thorough research and stay up-to-date on current trust and estate laws.
  6. Prepare and review tax documents related to trusts and estates.
  7. Maintain accurate and organized records of estate and trust transactions.
  8. Provide guidance and support to junior administrators and other team members.
  9. Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure efficient and effective administration of estates and trusts.
  10. Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in estate and trust accounts.
  11. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all estate and trust administration matters.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to ensure the highest level of service for clients.
  13. Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
  14. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to estate administration.
  15. Represent Northern Trust in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Estate Administration, Preferably In A Senior Or Supervisory Role.

  • Knowledge Of State And Federal Laws Related To Estate Planning And Administration.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Clients, Attorneys, And Other Professionals.

  • Strong Organizational Skills And Attention To Detail, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Complex Estates Simultaneously.
