
Sr Consultant, Change Management

- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support organizational goals and initiatives.
- Lead and manage change initiatives across multiple departments and business units.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and prioritize areas for change and improvement.
- Conduct thorough assessments of current processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
- Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for change initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including senior leadership, to gain buy-in and support for changes.
- Utilize change management tools and techniques to promote a smooth and successful transition for employees.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges associated with change initiatives.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
- Analyze and measure the effectiveness of change management initiatives, and make adjustments as needed.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in change management, and incorporate them into organizational strategies.
- Mentor and coach team members and colleagues on change management principles and practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in change management efforts.
- Serve as a liaison between different departments and business units to ensure effective communication and coordination of change efforts.
- Continuously evaluate and improve change management processes and procedures to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Change Management: The Ideal Candidate For The Sr Consultant, Change Management Role At Northern Trust Should Have A Strong Background In Change Management With At Least 7-10 Years Of Experience. This Experience Should Include Leading Or Supporting Large-Scale Change Initiatives In A Corporate Setting.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing Change Initiatives: The Sr Consultant, Change Management Should Have A Track Record Of Successfully Implementing Change Initiatives In A Complex And Fast-Paced Environment. This Should Include Experience In Designing Change Management Strategies, Executing Change Plans, And Measuring The Impact Of Change On Business Outcomes.
Strong Project Management Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Strong Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously, Prioritize Tasks, And Meet Tight Deadlines. They Should Also Have Experience In Developing Project Plans, Managing Project Budgets, And Tracking Project Progress.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: Effective Communication Is Crucial For A Change Management Consultant, And The Candidate Should Have Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills. They Should Also Be Able To Build Strong Relationships With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization And Have The Ability To Influence And Persuade Others.
Knowledge Of Change Management Methodologies And Tools: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Change Management Methodologies And Tools, Such As Prosci, Kotter's 8-Step Process, And Adkar. They Should Also Be Familiar With Various Project Management Tools And Software, Such As Microsoft Project And Agile Methodologies. Certification In Change Management Or Project Management Is A Plus.
