- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate and institutional clients, acting as the main point of contact for all treasury service needs.
- Understand the unique needs and goals of each client and provide strategic solutions to help them achieve their financial objectives.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on treasury management, staying up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive and tailored solutions to clients.
- Actively monitor and manage client portfolios, identifying opportunities for growth and risk mitigation.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and gather feedback.
- Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Analyze and report on client data and performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Northern Trust's products and services, and effectively communicate their value to clients.
- Stay informed on industry and market changes, and use this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the Treasury Services team.
- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Mentor and train junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to support their professional growth.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Internal Stakeholders.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Treasury Services, Preferably In A Senior Account Management Role.
Strong Understanding Of Treasury Products, Services, And Industry Trends.
Proven Track Record Of Delivering Exceptional Client Service And Driving Revenue Growth Within A Treasury Services Portfolio.
