- Serve as a key point of contact for various business units within Northern Trust, facilitating communication and collaboration between them.
- Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement, streamlining workflows and increasing efficiency.
- Design and implement new processes and procedures in collaboration with business units, taking into consideration best practices and industry standards.
- Actively seek feedback from stakeholders and incorporate their suggestions into process improvement initiatives.
- Use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of current processes and identify areas for further improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
- Provide guidance and support to business units on process management methodologies and best practices.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on business process management, staying up-to-date on industry trends and innovations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation and adoption of new processes.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management, providing regular updates and reports on project progress and results.
- Train and mentor team members on process management principles and techniques.
- Serve as a champion for change, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Business Process Management Principles And Methodologies, With A Strong Understanding Of Lean Six Sigma And Agile Methodologies.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Business Process Management Role, Preferably Within The Financial Services Industry.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate And Build Relationships With Various Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify Process Improvement Opportunities And Develop Efficient Solutions.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field, With Relevant Certifications Such As Certified Business Process Professional (Cbpp) Or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Preferred.
