Job Description

  1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of ServiceNow GRC/IRM platform and its capabilities.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into user stories and product backlog.
  3. Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to ServiceNow GRC/IRM.
  4. Define and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business needs and strategic objectives.
  5. Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback, identify pain points, and drive continuous improvement of the platform.
  6. Ensure timely and quality delivery of product releases, working closely with development teams to provide clear and concise requirements.
  7. Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure that the product meets business and technical requirements.
  8. Provide training and support to end-users to ensure efficient and effective utilization of the ServiceNow GRC/IRM platform.
  9. Act as the subject matter expert for ServiceNow GRC/IRM, providing guidance and advice to the organization on risk management best practices.
  10. Monitor and analyze platform usage and performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to optimize efficiency.
  11. Maintain a deep understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards to ensure compliance in the development and implementation of the platform.
  12. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management, providing regular updates and recommendations for resolution.
  13. Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment within the team and across the organization.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and improve processes, identifying and implementing new features and functionalities to enhance the platform's capabilities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Preferably In The Grc Or Irm Space.

  • Strong Understanding Of Servicenow Platform And Functionality, With Experience In Implementing Grc/Irm Solutions.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations Such As Iso, Nist, And Gdpr.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders To Define And Prioritize Product Roadmap.
