  1. Develop and maintain robust and efficient API platforms that meet business needs and drive company growth.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement API solutions that align with business requirements.
  3. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in API technology to continuously improve and innovate our platforms.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to API platforms.
  5. Ensure the security, reliability, and scalability of API platforms.
  6. Write clean and efficient code, following best practices and coding standards.
  7. Document API platforms and processes for easy understanding and future reference.
  8. Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and other team members to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  9. Mentor and guide junior developers in the team.
  10. Collaborate with external vendors and partners to integrate their APIs with our platforms.
  11. Conduct thorough testing and debugging of APIs to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  12. Provide technical support to internal and external stakeholders using the API platforms.
  13. Identify and recommend improvements to existing processes and systems.
  14. Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to API platforms.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including security and privacy protocols.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience With Api Development And Integration: A Senior Web Developer At Northern Trust Must Have A Strong Understanding Of Api Platforms And Be Able To Design, Develop, And Integrate Apis Into Existing Systems.
