  1. Provide expert financial advice and guidance to high net worth clients.
  2. Develop and implement comprehensive wealth management strategies for clients.
  3. Conduct in-depth financial analysis and create personalized financial plans for clients.
  4. Stay up-to-date on market trends, investment strategies, and industry regulations.
  5. Build strong relationships with clients and serve as their main point of contact.
  6. Collaborate with other team members, including relationship managers and investment advisors, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  7. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client relationships and provide value-added services.
  8. Utilize strong communication skills to effectively present complex financial information to clients.
  9. Monitor and review clients' portfolios to ensure they align with their financial goals and risk tolerance.
  10. Stay compliant with all industry regulations and company policies.
  11. Mentor and train junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge in wealth management.
  12. Represent the company at networking events and conferences to promote our services and expand our client base.
  13. Continuously seek out new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients.
  14. Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and enhance client experience.
  15. Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive client information.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Wealth Management: A Senior Wealth Strategist At Northern Trust Must Have A Strong Background In Wealth Management, With At Least 7-10 Years Of Experience In The Industry. This Includes A Deep Understanding Of Financial Planning, Investment Management, And Estate Planning.

  • Proven Track Record Of Success: Northern Trust Is Looking For A Senior Wealth Strategist Who Has A Track Record Of Successfully Managing High-Net-Worth Clients And Their Assets. This Includes A History Of Building And Maintaining Strong Client Relationships, As Well As Achieving Financial Goals And Targets.

  • Advanced Knowledge Of Financial Products And Services: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Will Have A Thorough Understanding Of A Wide Range Of Financial Products And Services, Including Trusts, Estate Planning, Tax Planning, And Investment Management. They Should Also Be Familiar With Industry Regulations And Compliance Requirements.

  • Strong Communication And Presentation Skills: As A Senior Wealth Strategist, Effective Communication Is Essential. The Candidate Must Be Able To Clearly Articulate Complex Financial Concepts And Strategies To Clients And Colleagues. They Should Also Possess Strong Presentation Skills For Client Meetings And Presentations.

  • Cfp Or Other Relevant Certifications: Northern Trust Prefers Candidates Who Hold A Certified Financial Planner (Cfp) Designation Or Other Relevant Certifications, Such As Chartered Financial Analyst (Cfa) Or Certified Trust And Financial Advisor (Ctfa). These Certifications Demonstrate A Commitment To Professionalism And Expertise In The Field Of Wealth Management.
