  1. Develop and maintain relationships with high net-worth families and their advisors, acting as their primary point of contact for all wealth management needs.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities by proactively networking and leveraging existing relationships.
  3. Conduct thorough client needs assessments and provide customized wealth management solutions, including investment management, financial planning, trust and estate services, and philanthropic advisory.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams, such as portfolio managers and trust officers, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  5. Stay current with industry trends, global markets, and financial regulations to effectively advise clients and identify potential business opportunities.
  6. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the Global Family Office team.
  7. Communicate effectively with clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders through various channels, including in-person meetings, presentations, and written materials.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and activity reports in the company's CRM system.
  9. Participate in industry events and conferences to enhance brand awareness and expand network.
  10. Mentor and train junior sales associates, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
  11. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Financial Concepts To Clients And Colleagues.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Relationship Management Within The Financial Services Industry

  • Proven Track Record Of Success In Developing And Maintaining Relationships With High Net Worth Clients

  • Strong Understanding Of Global Financial Markets And Products, Particularly Within The Family Office Segment
