- Develop and maintain relationships with high net-worth families and their advisors, acting as their primary point of contact for all wealth management needs.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by proactively networking and leveraging existing relationships.
- Conduct thorough client needs assessments and provide customized wealth management solutions, including investment management, financial planning, trust and estate services, and philanthropic advisory.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as portfolio managers and trust officers, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
- Stay current with industry trends, global markets, and financial regulations to effectively advise clients and identify potential business opportunities.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the Global Family Office team.
- Communicate effectively with clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders through various channels, including in-person meetings, presentations, and written materials.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and activity reports in the company's CRM system.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to enhance brand awareness and expand network.
- Mentor and train junior sales associates, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Financial Concepts To Clients And Colleagues.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Relationship Management Within The Financial Services Industry
Proven Track Record Of Success In Developing And Maintaining Relationships With High Net Worth Clients
