  1. Serve as a trusted advisor to high net worth clients, providing expert guidance on trust and fiduciary matters.
  2. Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
  3. Understand clients' needs and goals to provide tailored solutions and recommendations.
  4. Act as the main point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and providing timely updates.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of services to clients.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations related to trust and fiduciary services.
  7. Conduct regular reviews of client portfolios and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.
  8. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client base.
  9. Maintain accurate and thorough records of client interactions and transactions.
  10. Provide training and mentorship to junior team members on trust and fiduciary services.
  11. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our services.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory guidelines.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and growth.
  14. Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and enhance the overall client experience.
  15. Maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and transactions.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business Administration, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Trust And Fiduciary Services

  • Strong Knowledge Of Fiduciary Principles, Laws, And Regulations

  • Professional Certification Such As Certified Trust And Financial Advisor (Ctfa) Or Certified Financial Planner (Cfp) Preferred
