Senior Fixed Income Research Analyst

Northern Trust is looking for a talented and experienced Senior Fixed Income Research Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Fixed Income Research Analyst, you will be expected to provide expertise and timely market analysis for fixed income products. You should be comfortable independently researching and evaluating fixed income investments, as well as other asset classes, to develop investment strategies and recommend solutions to meet our clients’ needs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the fixed income markets and have the ability to take initiative and operate with a high degree of autonomy.To be successful in this role, you should hold a degree in finance, economics, or a related field, and have at least 5 years of professional experience in a similar position. You should be knowledgeable in the areas of asset management, portfolio management, risk management, and financial markets. You must also be able to work in a fast-paced team environment and have strong communication and problem-solving skills.
