  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all fiduciary matters.
  2. Provide expert guidance and support to clients in managing their fiduciary relationships, including trust administration, investment management, and estate planning.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of fiduciary services to clients.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations related to fiduciary services, and proactively advise clients on any potential implications.
  5. Conduct regular reviews and assessments of client accounts to ensure compliance with fiduciary standards and company policies.
  6. Act as a subject matter expert in fiduciary services, providing training and guidance to junior team members as needed.
  7. Identify opportunities to expand and enhance client relationships through cross-selling and upselling of additional fiduciary services.
  8. Serve as a resource for complex client inquiries and issues, providing prompt and effective resolution.
  9. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions and transactions.
  10. Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both with clients and internal stakeholders, to foster strong relationships and promote a positive team dynamic.
  11. Act with the utmost professionalism and integrity in all client interactions and adhere to fiduciary standards and ethical guidelines.
  12. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall client experience.
  13. Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at industry events and conferences.
  14. Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  15. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge Of Fiduciary Laws And Regulations: A Senior Fiduciary Relationship Advisor At Northern Trust Should Have A Strong Understanding Of All Relevant Laws And Regulations Related To Fiduciary Relationships. This Includes Knowledge Of Trust And Estate Planning, Tax Laws, And Financial Planning Regulations.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Experience In Fiduciary Services: Northern Trust Requires A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience Working In Fiduciary Services, Specifically In A Senior-Level Role. This Ensures That The Candidate Has A Deep Understanding Of Fiduciary Responsibilities And Has A Proven Track Record Of Success In This Field.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Senior Fiduciary Relationship Advisor, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Building And Maintaining Relationships With High Net Worth Clients. This Requires Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, As Well As The Ability To Establish Trust And Rapport With Clients.

  • Advanced Degree In Finance Or Law: A Senior Fiduciary Relationship Advisor Should Hold An Advanced Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Law. This Demonstrates A High Level Of Expertise And Knowledge In These Areas, Which Is Essential For Providing Sound Fiduciary Advice To Clients.
