- Lead and execute ETF trading and market-making strategies for Northern Trust's global ETF clients.
- Provide expert knowledge and insights on ETFs and the capital markets industry.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments in order to provide the most up-to-date information to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement new ETF trading strategies and innovations.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for colleagues and clients on ETF trading and market-making.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted advisor for their ETF trading needs.
- Monitor and analyze market data and trends to make strategic decisions for clients' ETF portfolios.
- Keep track of ETF market liquidity and ensure efficient execution of trades.
- Participate in industry conferences and events to represent Northern Trust and expand network within the ETF capital markets community.
- Mentor and train junior team members on ETF trading and market-making best practices.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in ETF trading.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and enhance ETF trading tools and technology.
- Provide support to sales and client service teams in client meetings and presentations.
Extensive Knowledge Of Etf Industry: A Senior Etf Capital Markets Specialist At Northern Trust Must Have A Deep Understanding Of The Etf Industry, Including Market Trends, Regulations, And Trading Strategies.
