- Develop and implement AML procedures and policies for the organization, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and legislation.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential AML risks and recommend corrective actions.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Transfer Agency, ensuring efficient and timely processing of transactions.
- Provide expert guidance and support to clients on AML matters and assist in resolving any issues or concerns.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop and enhance AML and Transfer Agency processes and procedures.
- Stay informed about changes in AML regulations and industry best practices, and make recommendations for updates to company policies and procedures.
- Train and mentor junior team members on AML regulations, procedures, and processes.
- Analyze and report on AML data and trends, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Communicate effectively with clients, responding to inquiries and providing timely updates on AML and Transfer Agency activities.

Experience In Transfer Agency Operations: The Senior Consultant Should Have A Strong Background In Transfer Agency Operations, Including Knowledge Of Fund Accounting, Shareholder Servicing, And Kyc Processes. This Will Allow Them To Effectively Evaluate And Enhance Aml Controls Within The Transfer Agency Function.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: As A Senior Consultant, The Individual Must Be Able To Analyze Complex Data And Identify Potential Aml Risks. They Should Also Be Able To Develop And Implement Effective Solutions To Mitigate These Risks.
