As a Senior Analyst at Northern Trust in the Transfer Agency department, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional client service and driving successful outcomes for our clients.   8. Lead and participate in client meetings, providing insights and recommendations to drive successful outcomes.
  9. Mentor and train junior analysts to develop their skills and knowledge in transfer agency operations.
  10. Partner with internal stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies.
  11. Prepare and present reports and updates to management on client performance and key metrics.
  12. Proactively identify and escalate potential risks or issues to management.
  13. Collaborate with technology teams to improve system functionality and support client needs.
  14. Stay current with industry regulations and ensure compliance in all aspects of transfer agency operations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Complex Issues.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Transfer Agency Operations Within The Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Transfer Agency Processes, Including Shareholder Recordkeeping, Transaction Processing, And Regulatory Requirements.

  • Proven Leadership Experience, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
