  1. Lead and manage the FX Currency Management team within Northern Trust, ensuring the team's objectives and goals are met.
  2. Develop and implement global investment strategies for top-tier clients, taking into account market trends and client needs.
  3. Conduct thorough analysis of currency markets and provide recommendations for investment decisions.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams, including portfolio managers and risk analysts, to ensure effective and efficient currency management.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and developments in currency management to continuously improve and innovate our strategies.
  6. Communicate and present investment strategies and recommendations to clients, providing clear and thorough explanations to build trust and maintain strong relationships.
  7. Monitor and manage currency risk exposure for clients, making adjustments as needed to achieve optimal results.
  8. Assist in the development and implementation of new currency management products and services.
  9. Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, sharing knowledge and expertise to support their professional growth.
  10. Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements related to currency management.
  11. Support business development efforts by participating in client pitches and promoting Northern Trust’s currency management services.
  12. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all currency management activities and performance.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures related to currency management to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  14. Collaborate with other senior analysts and teams within Northern Trust to share best practices and drive overall success for the organization.
  15. Represent Northern Trust as a thought leader in currency management at industry conferences and events.

Job Qualifications
