  1. Design and implement robust security systems to protect valuable assets and sensitive data.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify security risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  3. Conduct security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions.
  4. Stay updated on the latest security trends and technologies to ensure our systems are up-to-date and secure.
  5. Develop and implement security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  6. Manage and oversee the implementation of security controls such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption.
  7. Provide technical guidance and support to other team members on security-related issues.
  8. Conduct research and analysis to evaluate new security products and make recommendations for their implementation.
  9. Monitor and respond to security incidents and conduct forensic investigations when necessary.
  10. Develop and deliver security training and awareness programs to educate employees on security best practices.
  11. Collaborate with third-party vendors and partners to ensure the security of our systems and data.
  12. Communicate and report on security issues, risks, and solutions to senior management and other stakeholders.
  13. Continuously assess and improve the security posture of the organization.
  14. Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning to ensure the availability of critical systems in the event of a security breach.
  15. Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to information security.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Security Architecture: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Security Architecture Principles And Best Practices, With The Ability To Design And Implement Secure Systems That Meet Business Requirements.

  • Strong Technical Skills: The Security Architect Must Have A Strong Technical Background, With Expertise In Areas Such As Network Security, Application Security, Cloud Security, And Data Protection. They Should Also Be Proficient In Various Security Tools And Technologies.

  • Experience In Risk Management: As A Security Architect, It Is Important To Have Experience In Identifying And Mitigating Potential Security Risks. The Candidate Should Have A Solid Understanding Of Risk Assessment Methodologies And Be Able To Develop Effective Risk Management Strategies.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: The Ability To Communicate Complex Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders Is Essential In This Role. The Security Architect Should Also Have The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams To Ensure That Security Measures Are Integrated Seamlessly Into The Company's Processes And Systems.

  • Relevant Certifications: Northern Trust May Require Candidates To Hold Industry-Recognized Certifications Such As Cissp, Cism, Or Sans Giac To Demonstrate Their Knowledge And Expertise In Security Architecture.
