In this role, you will play a crucial role in identifying, assessing, and managing reputational and strategic risks for our organization.As a Reputational & Strategic Risk Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse team of professionals and contribute to the overall risk management strategy of our company.   1. Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential reputational and strategic risks faced by the organization.
  2. Develop and implement risk management strategies and processes to mitigate identified risks.
  3. Monitor and analyze external factors such as market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes to proactively identify potential risks to the organization's reputation and strategic objectives.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that risk management strategies are aligned with the organization's overall objectives and risk appetite.
  5. Stay abreast of emerging risks and recommend proactive measures to prevent or minimize their impact on the organization.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior management, to ensure alignment and support for risk management initiatives.
  7. Conduct regular training and awareness sessions to educate employees on reputational and strategic risks and their role in mitigating them.
  8. Review and analyze incidents or events that may pose a risk to the organization's reputation, and develop and implement corrective action plans as needed.
  9. Prepare and present risk reports to senior management, highlighting key risks, trends, and mitigation strategies.
  10. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of risk management strategies and processes, and make recommendations for improvement as needed.
  11. Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to reputational and strategic risk management.
  12. Lead or participate in special projects related to risk management, as assigned by senior management.
  13. Foster a culture of risk awareness and accountability within the organization through effective communication and training.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Risk Management, Specifically In Reputational And Strategic Risk.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Industry Regulations And Best Practices Related To Reputational And Strategic Risk.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Assess Potential Risks.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Risk Management Strategies That Align With Business Objectives.
