
Reporting & Analytics Consultant, HR
Northern Trust is seeking a talented and experienced Reporting & Analytics Consultant, HR to join our team and provide strategic insights into our human resources data. The ideal candidate will possess proven technical and analytical skills, combined with the ability to effectively communicate data-driven solutions to stakeholders at all levels. If you are a creative problem-solver with a passion for data-driven decision-making, we'd love to hear from you!The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, and strong technical knowledge of SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, and/or other reporting/analytics tools. Experience in HR analytics and data mining is also a must. Responsibilities:
- Conduct analysis of human resources data to identify trends and develop strategic insights for internal stakeholders
- Design and develop Management Information reports to support business decisions
- Develop and maintain reporting systems, dashboards, and other analytics tools
- Design and implement data mining processes to uncover insights from HR data
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement data-driven solutions
- Analyze and present data to support HR performance objectives
- Develop strategies to optimize HR processes and improve efficiency
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in HR analytics
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues with reporting systems
- Participate in HR initiatives and projects as needed
