  1. Provide exceptional service to clients by responding promptly and professionally to inquiries, concerns, and requests.
  2. Maintain a thorough understanding of all products and services offered by Northern Trust to effectively assist clients.
  3. Process and execute client transactions accurately and efficiently.
  4. Identify and troubleshoot any issues or discrepancies in client accounts.
  5. Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex client issues.
  6. Continuously develop and maintain knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  8. Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions.
  9. Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the client experience.
  10. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
  11. Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  12. Provide support for special projects or initiatives as needed.
  13. Proactively communicate with clients regarding any changes or updates to their accounts.
  14. Adhere to strict security and confidentiality protocols to protect client information.
  15. Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment within the Participant Services team.

Job Qualifications
