
Relationship Manager, Asset Servicing Consultant Relations

- Develop and maintain relationships with key consultants in the financial industry.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for consultant inquiries and requests.
- Understand and stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes to effectively communicate and promote Northern Trust's services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver innovative and comprehensive solutions to clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with consultants.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Northern Trust, representing our company and values to external partners.
- Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and networking events to build and maintain relationships with consultants.
- Monitor and analyze competitor activities and industry developments to inform business strategies.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and activities with consultants.
- Provide timely and detailed reports on consultant relationships and business performance to management.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance relationships with consultants.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Asset Servicing, Preferably In A Consultant Relations Role.
Strong Knowledge Of Investment Products, Industry Trends, And Regulatory Requirements.
Proven Track Record Of Building And Maintaining Relationships With Consultant Firms And Institutional Clients.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Investment Concepts To A Variety Of Audiences.
