- Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients.
- Provide expert financial advice and guidance to clients.
- Identify and understand clients' financial goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with clients to develop personalized financial plans.
- Monitor and review clients' investment portfolios.
- Proactively identify and address potential financial issues or risks.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales and revenue goals.
- Continuously build and expand client base through networking and referrals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
- Stay informed on Northern Trust's products, services, and offerings.
- Conduct presentations and participate in client events to promote Northern Trust's wealth management services.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory guidelines.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Wealth Management Or Financial Advisory Role.
Strong Knowledge Of Investment Products, Financial Planning, And Risk Management Strategies.
Excellent Interpersonal And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With High Net Worth Clients.
Professional Certifications Such As Certified Financial Planner (Cfp) Or Chartered Financial Analyst (Cfa) Preferred.
