Program Manager, Design System

You will lead the development and implementation of our design system, collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to ensure a consistent, modern look and feel for our digital products.This is a great opportunity for an experienced program manager who is a self-starter with a customer-oriented mindset. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with ambiguity, has excellent communication skills, and is passionate about creating a high-quality user experience.To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a program management role, preferably in the technology or financial services industry. You should have a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects, delivering on time and to spec, and be highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple requests and prioritize tasks. Experience with design systems is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

5. Set up and maintain project plans and schedules.
6. Track project progress and report on project status.
7. Monitor and adjust project plans and resources accordingly.
8. Serve as the point of contact for key stakeholders.
9. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
10. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
