  4. Monitor and analyze security systems to identify and respond to any security breaches or incidents.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest cyber security trends and technologies to continuously improve the company's security measures.
  6. Lead and oversee the implementation of security controls and measures to safeguard the company's assets and data.
  7. Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
  8. Train and educate employees on cyber security best practices to promote a culture of security awareness.
  9. Coordinate with external security vendors and partners to enhance the company's security posture.
  10. Prepare and present reports to senior management on the company's security status and any potential risks or threats.
  11. Collaborate with legal and regulatory teams to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  12. Proactively identify and address any potential security gaps or weaknesses in the company's systems and processes.
  13. Participate in incident response and crisis management activities as needed.
  14. Mentor and guide junior team members in cyber security best practices and technical skills.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Knowledge Of Cyber Security Risk Management: The Principal, Cyber Security - Risk And Controls Should Possess In-Depth Knowledge Of Cyber Security Risk Management Principles, Frameworks, And Best Practices. This Includes A Strong Understanding Of Industry Standards And Regulatory Requirements Related To Cyber Security.

  • Experience In Developing And Implementing Risk Management Strategies: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Cyber Security Risk Management Strategies. This Includes Identifying And Assessing Potential Risks, Developing Risk Mitigation Plans, And Monitoring And Reporting On Risk Management Activities.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills: The Principal, Cyber Security - Risk And Controls Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team And Collaborating With Various Stakeholders. Therefore, Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills Are Essential For This Role. The Candidate Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate Cyber Security Risks And Controls To Both Technical And Non-Technical Audiences.

  • Technical Expertise In Cyber Security: The Principal, Cyber Security - Risk And Controls Should Possess A Strong Technical Background In Cyber Security, Including Knowledge Of Technologies, Tools, And Processes Used To Secure Networks, Systems, And Data. This Includes Experience With Risk Assessment Tools, Vulnerability Management, Intrusion Detection And Prevention, And Incident Response.

  • Relevant Certifications And Education: The Candidate Should Hold Relevant Certifications In The Field Of Cyber Security, Such As Cissp, Cism, Or Crisc. A Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field Is Also Preferred. Additionally, Relevant Experience In A Leadership Role Within The Financial Services Industry Is A Plus.
