Job Description

As a PAM EPM Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the management and support of our Privileged Access Management and Enterprise Password Management systems.   1. Manage and maintain our Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Enterprise Password Management (EPM) systems to ensure efficient and secure access to critical systems and data.
  2. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for PAM and EPM systems, including resolving technical issues and responding to user inquiries.
  3. Regularly review and analyze system performance and usage data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  4. Develop and implement new processes and procedures to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of PAM and EPM systems.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate PAM and EPM systems with other IT systems and applications.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in PAM and EPM to continuously improve our systems and processes.
  7. Conduct regular audits and assessments of PAM and EPM systems to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  8. Provide training and support to end-users on PAM and EPM systems and processes.
  9. Work closely with the security team to identify and address potential security risks and vulnerabilities in PAM and EPM systems.
  10. Serve as a subject matter expert on PAM and EPM systems, providing guidance and recommendations to stakeholders.
  11. Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers to ensure the smooth operation and integration of PAM and EPM systems.
  12. Act as a liaison between IT and business teams to understand their needs and requirements for PAM and EPM systems and translate them into technical solutions.
  13. Participate in the planning and execution of system upgrades and enhancements, including testing and documentation.
  14. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates, status reports, and recommendations on PAM and EPM systems.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data protection and confidentiality guidelines.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Performance Measurement And Attribution Analysis, Preferably In The Investment Management Industry

  • Strong Understanding Of Investment Products And Asset Classes

  • Proficiency In Performance Measurement Systems Such As Factset, Bloomberg, Or Morningstar Direct

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With A Keen Attention To Detail And Ability To Handle Large Datasets.
