  1. Identify and assess operational risks within the organization.
  2. Develop and implement risk management strategies and plans.
  3. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of risk management processes.
  4. Identify potential areas of improvement and make recommendations for risk mitigation.
  5. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to operational risk.
  6. Serve as the Interim Designated Person - PCF-39B, responsible for overseeing the risk management framework.
  7. Conduct risk assessments and provide reports to senior management.
  8. Collaborate with various departments to identify and manage risks.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective risk management.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in operational risk management.
  11. Train and educate employees on risk management processes and procedures.
  12. Analyze and interpret data to identify potential risks and trends.
  13. Communicate risk information to relevant parties in a clear and concise manner.
  14. Participate in internal and external audits and provide necessary support.
  15. Continuously improve and refine risk management processes and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge Of Operational Risk Management Principles: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Various Operational Risk Management Frameworks And Methodologies, Such As Coso Erm And Iso 31000.

  • Strong Regulatory Knowledge: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Relevant Regulatory Requirements, Such As Basel Iii, Dodd-Frank, And Mifid Ii, As Well As Industry Best Practices For Operational Risk Management.

  • Previous Experience In A Similar Role: The Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience Working In Operational Risk Management, Preferably In A Financial Services Institution.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: The Candidate Should Be Able To Identify And Assess Potential Operational Risks, And Develop Effective Strategies To Mitigate Them.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Candidate Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate Complex Risk Concepts To Various Stakeholders, And Work Collaboratively With Different Teams And Departments To Implement Risk Management Strategies.
