- Develop and implement operational resiliency strategies and plans in alignment with Northern Trust's business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities to Northern Trust's operations and create mitigation plans.
- Monitor and analyze operational risk metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business continuity plans are in place and regularly tested.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and regulatory guidelines related to operational resiliency.
- Provide guidance and support to business units on resiliency planning and risk management.
- Conduct training and awareness sessions to promote a culture of resiliency and risk management across the organization.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on operational resiliency during audits and regulatory examinations.
- Continuously assess and enhance Northern Trust's resiliency program to adapt to changing business needs and emerging risks.
- Prepare and present reports and recommendations to senior management on the status of operational resiliency efforts.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Operational Risk Management Or Consulting.
Strong Understanding Of Financial Services Industry Regulations And Compliance Requirements.
Experience With Developing And Implementing Operational Resiliency Programs And Strategies.
Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
