  1. Manage and oversee all aspects of international cash management operations for Northern Trust.
  2. Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals to ensure efficient and effective performance.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to optimize cash management processes and procedures.
  4. Monitor and analyze cash flow to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to senior management.
  5. Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless execution of cash management activities.
  6. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in international cash management to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  7. Identify and mitigate potential risks related to cash management operations.
  8. Prepare and present reports on cash management performance to senior management.
  9. Collaborate with other departments within Northern Trust to ensure alignment and coordination in cash management activities.
  10. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
  11. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies related to cash management operations.
  12. Manage budgets and resources effectively to achieve financial targets.
  13. Represent Northern Trust in client meetings and industry events as a subject matter expert on international cash management.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve systems and technology used for cash management operations.
  15. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Cash Management, Treasury, Or International Banking.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Global Cash Management Products, Services, And Regulatory Requirements.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Clients, Colleagues, And External Partners.

  • Proven Track Record Of Managing Complex International Cash Management Projects And Leading A Team.
