As the Enterprise Incident Commander, you will play a critical role in managing and responding to any potential incidents that may impact our organization. We are looking for a dynamic leader with a strong background in incident response and crisis management, who is able to effectively communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure timely and effective resolution.   1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive incident response plan for the organization.
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for all incidents within the organization.
  3. Lead and coordinate the response to any potential incidents, including assessing the severity and impact, identifying key stakeholders, and implementing appropriate protocols.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a timely and effective response to incidents.
  5. Communicate incident updates, status, and resolution strategies to senior management and other stakeholders.
  6. Conduct post-incident reviews and identify areas for improvement in the incident response plan.
  7. Stay current with industry best practices and advancements in incident response and crisis management.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support incident response efforts.
  9. Train and educate employees on incident response protocols and best practices.
  10. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including IT, legal, risk management, and compliance teams.
  11. Monitor and analyze incident trends to identify potential areas of vulnerability and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
  12. Create and maintain documentation of incident response procedures and protocols.
  13. Provide leadership and guidance to a team of incident response specialists.
  14. Continuously assess and improve incident response processes to ensure the organization is prepared to handle any potential incidents.
  15. Serve as a subject matter expert on incident response for the organization and represent the company in external incident response discussions and events.
