Bachelor's Degree In Information Technology, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Supervisory Or Managerial Role In An It Environment, Preferably In A Financial Institution.
Strong Understanding Of Itil Framework And Experience In Incident Management Processes.
Demonstrated Ability To Effectively Lead And Manage A Team, Including Resolving Conflict And Promoting Collaboration.
