
Litigation Support Analyst
Northern Trust is looking for a highly organized and tech savvy Litigation Support Analyst to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for managing the development, implementation, and coordination of litigation support services. You must have a keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for technology.To be successful in this role, you must have a bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field. Additionally, you should have at least two years of experience in litigation support or a related field. Proven experience working with litigation support software (e.g. Concordance, Relativity, iPro) is highly desired.You must have an aptitude for collaboration and possess excellent communication and customer service skills. Your ability to proactively anticipate client needs and meet deadlines is essential. Responsibilities:
- Manage the development, implementation, and coordination of litigation support services.
- Proactively anticipate client needs and meet deadlines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technology issues related to litigation support services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient and accurate service delivery.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure client satisfaction.
- Utilize litigation support software (e.g. Concordance, Relativity, iPro) to manage client data.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
- Prepare and present reports to internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and audit litigation support services to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Recommend process improvements and innovations to optimize litigation support services.
