  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive testing strategy for the organization, considering both short-term and long-term goals.
  2. Lead and manage a team of test architects, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure high-quality work.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify testing needs and requirements for various projects and initiatives.
  4. Create and maintain testing standards, processes, and methodologies to ensure consistency and efficiency across the organization.
  5. Conduct risk assessments and prioritize testing efforts based on business impact and criticality.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in testing methodologies and tools, and make recommendations for adoption within the organization.
  7. Monitor and analyze test results to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous improvement efforts.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including project managers, developers, and business analysts, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  9. Manage testing budgets and resources, ensuring efficient utilization and cost-effectiveness.
  10. Provide regular status updates and progress reports to senior management and other key stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Software Testing: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Software Testing, With A Strong Understanding Of Testing Methodologies, Tools, And Processes.

  • Proven Track Record In Leading Transformation Programs: The Lead Test Architect Should Have A Successful Track Record Of Leading Large-Scale Transformation Programs, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Financial Services Industry: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Financial Services Industry, Including Key Regulations And Industry Standards, To Drive Effective Testing Strategies.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills: As A Lead, The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills To Effectively Manage And Guide A Team Of Testing Professionals, Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams, And Communicate With Stakeholders.

  • Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities: The Lead Test Architect Should Be Able To Think Strategically And Identify Potential Risks And Challenges In Testing, As Well As Provide Effective Solutions To Address Them. This Requires Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.
