As a key member of our global technology team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the delivery of end user computing services to support our operations worldwide.   1. Lead and manage a team of IT professionals to ensure the successful delivery of end user computing services.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans and solutions for end user computing to support the company's global operations.
  3. Drive innovation and continuous improvement in end user computing services to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  4. Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team and other stakeholders on end user computing technologies and best practices.
  5. Monitor and manage performance metrics to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded.
  6. Collaborate with other IT teams and business units to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  7. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in end user computing and make recommendations for adoption.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and other external partners to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
  9. Manage the budget for end user computing, including forecasting and cost optimization initiatives.
  10. Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and promote career development.
  11. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  12. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior management, to provide updates on project status, issues, and risks.
  13. Take ownership of critical incidents and provide timely resolution to minimize business impact.
  14. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and recognition to team members.
  15. Participate in hiring and onboarding activities to ensure the team has the necessary skills and resources to meet business needs.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Managing And Leading A Team Of Infrastructure Engineers, Specifically In The End-User Computing (Euc) Domain.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Industry Best Practices And Emerging Technologies In Euc, Such As Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (Vdi), Mobile Device Management (Mdm), And Endpoint Security.

  • Strong Technical Background In Designing, Implementing, And Maintaining Euc Infrastructure, Including Desktops, Laptops, Mobile Devices, And Associated Software.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Driving Large-Scale Euc Projects And Initiatives, From Conception To Completion, Within A Complex And Dynamic Organization.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
