- Develop and maintain cyber security policies, procedures, and standards to protect sensitive data and critical systems.
- Monitor and assess potential security risks and vulnerabilities, and implement proactive measures to mitigate them.
- Lead a team of cyber security professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
- Stay up-to-date on emerging threats and industry best practices, and ensure these are incorporated into the company's cyber security strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain effective security controls across all systems and platforms.
- Conduct regular security audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of security tools and technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption methods.
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on cyber security best practices and raise awareness of potential risks.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and point of contact for all cyber security related inquiries and incidents.
- Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the company's cyber security program.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Cyber Security Role, With At Least 2 Years In A Leadership Or Managerial Position.
Strong Knowledge Of Various Security Frameworks, Such As Nist, Iso, And Cobit.
Experience In Implementing And Managing Security Solutions, Such As Firewalls, Intrusion Detection/Prevention Systems, And Data Encryption.
Professional Certifications Such As Cissp, Cism, Or Giac Are Preferred.
