  1. Develop and implement effective change and release management strategies and processes within the IT department.
  2. Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of all software and hardware changes to ensure timely delivery and minimal disruption to business operations.
  3. Work closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize and schedule change requests, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  4. Monitor and track change requests, identifying and addressing any potential risks or issues.
  5. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure proper testing, documentation, and communication of changes prior to implementation.
  6. Conduct regular reviews and audits of change and release processes to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  7. Stay current with industry best practices and trends in change and release management, and make recommendations for process enhancements.
  8. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of change and release management professionals, providing guidance and support in their day-to-day responsibilities.
  9. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, providing updates on change and release activities and addressing any concerns or issues.
  10. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and a focus on delivering high-quality, reliable IT services to the organization.
  11. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and external partners to support the change and release management process.
  12. Ensure compliance with ITIL principles and other relevant regulatory requirements.
  13. Manage and maintain the change and release management tools and systems, ensuring their effectiveness and efficiency.
  14. Collaborate with other IT leaders to develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
  15. Represent the IT department in cross-functional meetings and projects, providing expertise and guidance on change and release management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In It Change And Release Management, Preferably In The Financial Industry.

  • Strong Leadership Skills, With Experience Managing A Team And Leading Change Initiatives.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Itil Best Practices And Experience Implementing Itil Processes In A Large Organization.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Stakeholders.
