Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In It Change Management And Release Management.
Strong Knowledge Of Itil Principles And Best Practices.
Experience With Change Management Tools Such As Servicenow Or Remedy.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Teams And Stakeholders.
