- Coordinate and manage all changes and releases across various IT systems and platforms.
- Develop and maintain an efficient process for evaluating, approving, and implementing changes and releases.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop timelines, and ensure successful execution of changes and releases.
- Monitor and track progress of changes and releases, ensuring that they are completed within established timelines and meet quality standards.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to changes and releases.
- Communicate updates and status reports to stakeholders, including IT leadership and business partners.
- Proactively identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to optimize change and release management.
- Collaborate with IT teams to develop and maintain standard operating procedures for change and release management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in change and release management.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for change and release management processes and procedures.
- Train and mentor team members on change and release management processes and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies related to change and release management.
- Participate in audits and reviews related to change and release management processes.
- Act as a liaison between IT teams, business partners, and external vendors for change and release management.
- Provide timely and accurate reporting on change and release management activities to IT leadership and business partners.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In It Change And Release Management In A Large Organization.
Knowledge Of Itil And Other Best Practices For Change And Release Management.
Strong Project Management Skills And Experience Leading Cross-Functional Teams.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Various Stakeholders And Manage Expectations.
