  1. Coordinate and manage all changes and releases across various IT systems and platforms.
  2. Develop and maintain an efficient process for evaluating, approving, and implementing changes and releases.
  3. Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop timelines, and ensure successful execution of changes and releases.
  4. Monitor and track progress of changes and releases, ensuring that they are completed within established timelines and meet quality standards.
  5. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to changes and releases.
  6. Communicate updates and status reports to stakeholders, including IT leadership and business partners.
  7. Proactively identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to optimize change and release management.
  8. Collaborate with IT teams to develop and maintain standard operating procedures for change and release management.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in change and release management.
  10. Serve as a subject matter expert for change and release management processes and procedures.
  11. Train and mentor team members on change and release management processes and procedures.
  12. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies related to change and release management.
  13. Participate in audits and reviews related to change and release management processes.
  14. Act as a liaison between IT teams, business partners, and external vendors for change and release management.
  15. Provide timely and accurate reporting on change and release management activities to IT leadership and business partners.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In It Change And Release Management In A Large Organization.

  • Knowledge Of Itil And Other Best Practices For Change And Release Management.

  • Strong Project Management Skills And Experience Leading Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Various Stakeholders And Manage Expectations.
