  1. Develop and implement international marketing strategies to support global distribution efforts for the Asset Management division.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute targeted marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify key trends and opportunities in international markets.
  4. Create compelling marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, and digital content, to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services.
  5. Manage and maintain relationships with international clients and partners, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  6. Monitor and report on the performance and effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making recommendations for improvements as needed.
  7. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in international marketing and apply them to our strategies and tactics.

  9. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency and alignment of messaging across all international marketing efforts.
  10. Demonstrate a deep understanding of the asset management industry, including industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements.
  11. Act as a brand ambassador, representing Northern Trust and our Asset Management division in a professional and positive manner.
  12. Continuously seek out opportunities to improve and enhance international marketing efforts and contribute innovative ideas to drive business growth.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  14. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all marketing activities and expenses.
  15. Meet or exceed performance goals and objectives set by management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Channel Marketing, Preferably In The Asset Management Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of International Markets And Cultural Nuances.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Marketing Automation Tools.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Global Teams And Build Relationships With External Partners.
