  4. Utilize your strong business acumen to identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the OCIO business.
  5. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients and internal teams, to provide updates on business performance and key initiatives.
  6. Collaborate with other leaders within Northern Trust to ensure alignment and integration of the OCIO business with overall company objectives.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and use this knowledge to inform business strategies and decisions.
  8. Provide leadership and guidance to the OCIO team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  9. Monitor and analyze business performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Investment Management: The Ideal Candidate For The Head Of Ocio Business At Northern Trust Should Have A Strong Background In Investment Management, With At Least 10-15 Years Of Experience In The Field. This Includes Experience In Managing Portfolios, Developing Investment Strategies And Managing Client Relationships.
