- Ensure the safety and security of our executive team, including implementing and enforcing security protocols and procedures.
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and maintenance to ensure safe and efficient operation of company vehicles.
- Proactively identify and address any potential security risks or threats to our executives and company property.
- Communicate effectively with team members, executives, and other relevant parties to coordinate schedules, plan routes, and address any issues or concerns.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to quickly and effectively resolve any issues that may arise during transportation or security duties.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to transportation and security activities.
- Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures, as well as local traffic and security laws and regulations.
- Display a high level of confidentiality and discretion when dealing with sensitive information and situations.
- Collaborate with other members of the security team to ensure a cohesive and effective security plan for the company.

Extensive Driving Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience As A Professional Driver, Preferably In A High-Level Executive Setting. This Includes A Clean Driving Record And Knowledge Of Local Traffic Laws And Regulations.
Advanced Security Training: As An Executive Security Coordinator, The Candidate Should Possess Advanced Security Training And Certifications Such As Cpr/First Aid, Defensive Driving, And Emergency Response Training. This Is Essential For Ensuring The Safety And Security Of The Executive And Other Passengers.
