  1. Design and implement data solutions that align with the strategic objectives of the company.
  2. Utilize expertise in data architecture and modeling to drive the success of the business.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define data architecture and modeling standards.
  4. Develop and maintain data models, data dictionaries, and data flow diagrams to ensure consistency, accuracy, and completeness.
  5. Identify and recommend data management best practices and standards to ensure data quality and integrity.
  6. Evaluate and select appropriate tools and technologies to support data architecture and modeling needs.
  7. Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
  8. Monitor and analyze data architecture and modeling trends and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  9. Collaborate with IT teams to implement and maintain data solutions in alignment with business needs.
  10. Mentor and train team members on data architecture and modeling principles and practices.
  11. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends related to data architecture and modeling.

  • Experience In Enterprise Data Modeling: The Candidate Should Have Extensive Experience In Creating And Managing Enterprise Data Models, Including Logical, Physical, And Conceptual Data Models.

  • Proficiency In Data Management Tools: The Candidate Should Be Proficient In Using Data Management Tools Such As Erwin, Powerdesigner, Or Erwin Data Modeler To Design, Develop, And Maintain Data Models.

  • Knowledge Of Financial Services Industry: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Financial Services Industry, Including Its Products, Services, And Data Requirements.

  • Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams, Stakeholders, And Business Users To Gather Requirements And Design Data Solutions.
