We are currently seeking a highly skilled Engineer to join our Workforce FTE (Full-time Equivalent) team. As an Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our workforce systems, ensuring their efficiency and effectiveness. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about technology, has a strong understanding of workforce systems, and is committed to delivering high-quality solutions.   1. Collaborate with team members to understand business needs and requirements for workforce systems.
  2. Design and develop new workforce systems and enhance existing systems to meet business needs.
  3. Test and debug code to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of workforce systems.
  4. Conduct research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in workforce systems.
  5. Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions to minimize system downtime.
  6. Monitor and maintain the performance and scalability of workforce systems.
  7. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and functionality of workforce systems.
  8. Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards in all aspects of workforce system design and development.
  9. Document system architecture, processes, and procedures for future reference and knowledge sharing.
  10. Train and support end-users on the functionality and usage of workforce systems.
  11. Collaborate with vendors and external partners to integrate new technologies and tools into workforce systems.
  12. Continuously identify areas of improvement and recommend solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of workforce systems.
  13. Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders and management.
  14. Adhere to project timelines and deliver high-quality solutions within designated deadlines.
  15. Stay accountable for the maintenance and support of workforce systems, ensuring minimal disruptions to business operations.

Job Qualifications
