
Engineer- Workforce FTE

- Collaborate with team members to understand business needs and requirements for workforce systems.
- Design and develop new workforce systems and enhance existing systems to meet business needs.
- Test and debug code to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of workforce systems.
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in workforce systems.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions to minimize system downtime.
- Monitor and maintain the performance and scalability of workforce systems.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and functionality of workforce systems.
- Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards in all aspects of workforce system design and development.
- Document system architecture, processes, and procedures for future reference and knowledge sharing.
- Train and support end-users on the functionality and usage of workforce systems.
- Collaborate with vendors and external partners to integrate new technologies and tools into workforce systems.
- Continuously identify areas of improvement and recommend solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of workforce systems.
- Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders and management.
- Adhere to project timelines and deliver high-quality solutions within designated deadlines.
- Stay accountable for the maintenance and support of workforce systems, ensuring minimal disruptions to business operations.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Workforce Management Or Workforce Planning
Proficiency In Data Analysis And Reporting Tools
