You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, and utilize your strong interpersonal skills to cultivate long-term partnerships with key clients.To be successful in this role, you must have a deep understanding of the GFO market and possess exceptional communication and negotiation skills. A minimum of 10 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the financial services industry, is required.   7. Create and deliver compelling presentations and pitches to potential clients.
  8. Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, and external partners.
  9. Monitor and analyze sales data to track progress and make adjustments to strategies as needed.
  10. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and promote the GFO division.
  11. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the GFO market, including key players, trends, and competitive landscape.
  12. Negotiate and close deals with potential clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  13. Train and mentor junior team members on effective sales strategies and techniques.
  14. Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop and implement targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
  15. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities.
  16. Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  17. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
  18. Continuously seek out opportunities for professional development and growth within the GFO market and the financial services industry.
