  9. Train and support team members on Workday reporting tools and processes.
  10. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to enhance the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Workday Reporting Tools: A Successful Candidate For This Role Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Workday Reporting Tools, Including Workday Report Writer, Composite Reports, And Dashboards.

  • Experience With Data Analysis And Visualization: Consultants At Northern Trust Are Expected To Have Strong Data Analysis Skills And The Ability To Present Data In A Visually Appealing And Easily Understandable Manner.

  • Familiarity With Hr Processes And Reporting Requirements: As A Consultant In The Workday Reporting Team, The Candidate Should Have A Good Understanding Of Hr Processes And Reporting Requirements To Provide Accurate And Relevant Reports.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: Effective Communication Is Key For A Consultant To Understand Client Requirements And Provide Timely And Accurate Solutions. The Candidate Should Also Have Strong Interpersonal Skills To Build Relationships With Clients And Colleagues.
