Responsibilities:

1. Ensure that all Commercial Loan closings are completed accurately and efficiently.
2. Remain up-to-date of current banking regulations and policies and ensure compliance with all regulations and laws.
3. Analyze loan documents for accuracy and completeness.
4. Prepare loan closing documents and ensure all necessary paperwork is in order.
5. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure a smooth loan closing process.
6. Review and evaluate loan applications to ensure the accuracy of the applicant's information.
7. Monitor loan closing process and track progress to ensure timely completion.
8. Respond to customer inquiries and address issues in a timely manner.
9. Assist in the training and mentoring of junior staff members.
10. Remain current on banking and loan closing practices, procedures, and trends.
