  1. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Collibra and its capabilities, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data governance solutions using Collibra.
  3. Serve as the technical lead for Collibra, providing guidance and support to other developers and stakeholders.
  4. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their data governance needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  5. Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality Collibra solutions that meet business requirements.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Collibra.
  7. Ensure data quality and integrity by conducting regular audits and implementing data governance policies and procedures.
  8. Communicate and present technical solutions and progress to stakeholders and management.
  9. Continuously identify opportunities for improvement and optimization in the use of Collibra.
  10. Keep track of project timelines and deliverables, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  11. Train and mentor team members on Collibra development and best practices.
  12. Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in data governance, and make recommendations for their implementation.
  13. Adhere to company coding standards, security protocols, and data privacy policies.
  14. Collaborate with external vendors and consultants as needed.
  15. Take ownership of projects and demonstrate a strong sense of accountability for their success.

  • Extensive Experience With Collibra Platform: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Collibra Platform And Its Various Modules, Such As Data Governance, Data Quality, And Data Catalog. They Should Possess Hands-On Experience In Implementing And Customizing These Modules To Meet Business Needs.

  • Strong Data Governance Background: A Collibra Lead Developer At Northern Trust Should Have A Strong Background In Data Governance Principles And Practices. They Should Be Able To Design And Implement Data Governance Frameworks And Processes Using Collibra.

  • Technical Proficiency: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Technical Background And Be Proficient In Relevant Technologies Such As Sql, Python, Java, And Apis. They Should Also Have Experience With Data Modeling And Data Integration Tools.

  • Project Management Skills: The Collibra Lead Developer Will Be Responsible For Leading And Managing The Implementation Of Collibra Solutions At Northern Trust. Therefore, They Should Have Excellent Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Define Project Scope, Timelines, And Deliverables, As Well As Manage Stakeholder Expectations.
