Job Description

Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service? Northern Trust is looking for an experienced Client Data Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be working with both internal and external clients to ensure that all data is accurate and up to date. You will be responsible for maintaining customer accounts, creating reports, and providing exceptional customer service.The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in data management or a related field, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain and update customer accounts accurately and in a timely manner.
  2. Generate reports based on customer data and provide clients with the necessary information.
  3. Respond to customer inquiries in a prompt and efficient manner.
  4. Ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  5. Develop and implement processes to improve customer service.
  6. Monitor customer feedback and take appropriate action to resolve any issues.
  7. Stay up to date with industry developments and trends.
  8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service in a professional manner.
