Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Audit Manager, IT Compliance, Risk and Regulatory to join the Northern Trust team. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with an in-depth knowledge of IT compliance, risk, and regulatory standards.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, including a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Risk Management, or a related field. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement IT compliance, risk, and regulatory standards.
  2. Monitor and analyze IT risks and regulatory compliance.
  3. Create and maintain documentation pertaining to IT compliance, risk, and regulatory standards.
  4. Maintain knowledge of industry trends and developments in IT compliance, risk, and regulatory standards.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
  6. Lead audits and assessments of IT compliance, risk, and regulatory requirements.
  7. Provide guidance and advice to business stakeholders on IT compliance, risk, and regulatory matters.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external organizations and regulatory bodies.
  9. Monitor changes in regulations and take appropriate action.
  10. Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
