We are currently seeking a highly skilled Audit Manager to join our Audit Services team in the Asia Pacific (APAC) region. As an Audit Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting and risk management processes. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual with a strong background in audit and a deep understanding of the financial services industry.   1. Conduct audits of financial statements and risk management processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  2. Develop and implement audit plans, including identifying key risks and controls to be evaluated.
  3. Manage a team of auditors and oversee their work to ensure timely and thorough completion of audits.
  4. Communicate audit findings and recommendations to senior management and collaborate with them to develop action plans for improvement.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure audits are conducted in accordance with current standards.
  6. Work closely with other departments and stakeholders to understand business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  8. Monitor and track progress of audit recommendations to ensure timely and effective implementation.
  9. Oversee the preparation of audit reports and ensure they are accurately and clearly presented.
  10. Mentor and train junior team members to enhance their skills and contribute to the overall success of the team.
  11. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements at all times.
  12. Continuously review and improve audit processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  13. Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert on audit-related matters and provide guidance and support to other departments as needed.
  15. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of the job.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Audit Services, Preferably In A Managerial Role.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Apac Regulatory Requirements And Industry Best Practices.

  • Strong Leadership And Team Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Oversee A Team Of Auditors.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Internal Stakeholders And External Clients.
