We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Asset Manager to join our team in the Special Assets division, specifically focusing on residential real estate. As an Asset Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of distressed or non-performing residential real estate assets and developing strategies to optimize their value. We are looking for a driven and knowledgeable individual with a strong understanding of the real estate market and a proven track record in managing assets.   1. Manage a portfolio of distressed or non-performing residential real estate assets.
  2. Develop strategies to optimize the value of the assets.

  5. Negotiate with borrowers, investors, and other parties involved in the assets.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Real Estate, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Asset Management, With A Focus On Residential Real Estate.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Market Trends And Regulations Related To Residential Real Estate.

  • Experience In Managing Distressed Or Non-Performing Assets.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Work With Various Stakeholders Such As Borrowers, Lenders, And Legal Counsel.
